A fledgling  Distance Learning Center is located in Rabondo, Kenya, a rural village in western Kenya. 2009 marks an enormous step forward in its establishment.  Ten computers are ready for service!

Expanding Opportunities needs a volunteer to help establish the Center and teach basic computer skills to high school students and community members.

This unique opportunity will provide you with hands on experience in rural Kenya.  You will not be traveling with a group, therefore your service can be scheduled according to your needs.  Please consider a volunteer experience or internship of no less than 3 months.

EXTENSION VETERINARIAN ASSISTANT
OFFICE MANAGER

A private consultancy in Kenya is seeking volunteers or interns for two very differnt opportunities.  As a new consultancy, he is in need of someone to establish his office and creat ploicies and procedures that will assure its smooth funcitoning while he is in the field.

Heis also seeking to mentor volunteers or interns in the field.  His work as a consultancy is closely relatedto Extension work.  His current focus is to provide educaiton about diar goat farming to encourgae the increse of Dair Goat Farms.
